I hope you'll be happy with your Merak & Co purchase/s, if you are not completely satisfied please feel free to get in touch with me directly on merak.meg@gmail.com so we ca discuss the issue and find the best way to resolve it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Over 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Other non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

I work hard to ensure that all my customers receive their order in pristine condition. If any of your purchases arrive faulty, damaged or broken please email merak.meg@gmail.com with photos of the damage. Once agreed that the goods are faulty/damaged, I will ask you to return the parcel within 7 working days using a returns label I will provide if applicable, once I receive it I will resend your order or provide full refund. Postage costs will only be provided if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning your purchase will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Merak & Co diffusers come with 1 year factory warranty. Please pay close attention to the information provided with your diffuser - you will also find further details and cleaning information on the Merak & Co website. 

Merak & Co essential oils, candles or reed diffusers can not be returned or refunded once used. Please be understanding and respectful that scent is a personal preference and comes down to taste, likes and dislikes - I work very hard on my product and scent profile descriptions therefore I will not offer refunds or exchanges because you do not like the smell of your chosen essential oils. 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase/s for any other reason, you may return the product to us within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund but we shall not reimburse the cost of postage.

 

DELIVERY & POSTAGE CHARGES

I will process and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods such as Christmas and UK Bank Holidays. I do everything I can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, however, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. I will inform you if I become aware of an unexpected delay.

Large orders are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).

Every effort is made to keep stock levels on the website updated, however, as some item are handmade, levels are subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and I may be able to offer an express service.
