How to use:
- Diffuse 15-20 drops of any of these three Essential Oils in your merak & co Diffuser to create a soothing atmosphere.

Add 8-10 drops of Lavender to a warm bath.

Mix Cedarwood with a carrier oil to massage.
Caution: Not recommended for use if pregnant or if you have highly allergy-prone skin such as eczema. Do not use on children under 5 years old. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
