How to use:

- Diffuse 15-20 drops in your merak & co Diffuser.

- Mix with carrier oil to massage into aches and pain.

- Dab directly onto a tissue and inhale to relieve headaches and blocked sinuses.

Blend with: Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lime, Cedarwood, Spearmint, Rosemary and Thyme.
