Diffuse Sweet Fennel Merak & Co in your diffuser during a mood swing to promote feelings of calm or add a few drops to your bath to rid toxins. Fennel is also used to help relieve menstrual cramps and has diuretic effect so will help move sluggish circulation.

How to use:
- Diffuse 15-20 drops in your Merak & Co Diffuser.
- Mix 5 drops with carrier oil to massage and relieve menstrual cramps.
- Add a few drops into your bath for detoxifying.
Blend with: Bergamot, Lavender, Frankincense and Rose.
