All three of these essential oils, Lavender, Clary Sage and Frankincense are calming and relaxing oils with powerful, healing, grounding properties, often recommended during childbirth. They sooth aches and pains, feelings of anxiety and nervous tensions whilst keeping you calm and grounded and are safe to use whilst pregnant, during labour and when your little one arrives!
* When using essential oils during pregnancy, we suggest a lower dosage than usual. Diffuse just 5-10 drops in your merak & co diffuser and just 2-5 drops in your bath. All this information is based on research found, we recommend doing your own before use. A oil patch test is also recommended but as aways, the best thing to do before using these products is to chat with your doctor/midwife.
