Our pure, natural Clary Sage essential oil is floral yet herbaceous so not overpowering when diffused, its subtle sweet scent is calming and easy. Diffuser 15-20 drops of Clary Sage in your merak & co Diffuser to relieve nervous tension and exhaustion or add a few drops in a warm, bedtime bath to totally sooth the soul. Clary Sage is well recommended to use during childbirth since it's supposed to accelerate labour with its relaxing aroma.

How to use:
- Diffuse 15-20 drops in your merak & co Diffuser. 
- Add a few drops to a warm, bedtime bath.
- Mix with carrier oil to massage into the lower back and abdomen in gentle circular movements.
- Dab a drop of Clary Sage directly onto pressure points, behind the ears or on the nape of the neck.

Blend with: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Jasmine and Neroli.

Caution: During pregnancy - Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils. Do not use on children under 5 years old. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Not recommended for those with sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Best kept in a cool dry place.
